THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENTS ALLOWED. THIS IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. There is a neighborhood noise ordinance of 10 pm. Please bring all noise inside after this time. This is a family neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Strictly no Smoking or Vaping inside the house, only outside of the property, and make sure to pick up after and make sure it's completely off to avoid any incidents, failing to do so may result in a $500. The absolute maximum number of guests is 10. We will not tolerate any type of party or large gathering exceeding this limit. If your group shows up with more people than 10 or there is evidence of a party - you'll be asked to leave immediately without refund. MINIMUM $150 FEE IF 11AM CHECK-OUT WAS NOT FOLLOWED. Guest must take out Grey bin household trash every Monday/Thursday no later than 8 am for pick up. Recycle Blue Bin on Monday for pick up the same day. You understand and agree that you will use the bikes and swimming pool at your own risk. Lighthouse Villa or its officers/owners will not be held liable in any way for any accident in connection with the usage of the bikes or swimming pool. Minimum rental age 25 years. Photo ID shall be provided to owner upon booking.

This is a family neighborhood — we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors. This is a PET-FREE home. Pets are not allowed in the house, pool area, backyard, or front yard. Guests who do not follow this rule agree to cover any additional cleaning or damage costs related to pets. The reservation must reflect the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (up to 8 adults over the age of 13). Additional unapproved guests may result in a $100 per night, per guest charge. Check-out time is 11:00 AM. A minimum $150 fee may apply if check-out time is not followed. The home is not childproofed. Please supervise children at all times, especially around the pool area. Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: We are happy to accommodate early arrivals or late departures when possible. Availability can only be confirmed within 24 hours of your check-in or check-out date, as it depends on our cleaning schedule and other guest reservations. Additional fees may apply. For security purposes, there is one exterior camera facing the street/driveway and one monitoring the garage keypad area. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. We respect the privacy of our guests. Minimum age to book this listing is 25 years old.
